Shipping & Delivery

  We ship 1-2 business days except weekends and public holidays. Once your order is shipped
you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 All orders are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey in a protective bubble mailers for best protection.

 We ship Regular and Express. You can find the option in your shopping cart once you are ready to purchase. You can chose which one to chose and pay for. Regular mails are determined by the item quantity (USD 3.95 for the first item, USD 0,50 for each additional item. Same price for all countries), Express is determined by the weight and destination country.
For Regular Registered Air Mail, Turkish National Post Office (PTT) is used. For Express shipping, DHL Express is used.

We are sorry that due to problems in these countries, we NO LONGER SHIP TO Brazil, Mexico and Colombia with regular air mail. If you wish to use DHL express,please contact us.

The shipping prices include shipping, packing material and handling costs and DO NOT include customs taxes.
Customs taxes are buyers' responsibility.

 All of our items are ready to ship. If you are looking for an item /items that are not in our store, please contact us,
perhaps we can find them for you.

 Delicate items are individually wrapped in a bubble wrap to decrease the risk of breaking during delivery. 

 Your order(s) will be shipped within 2 business days after the payment is received on our end. However, customized orders may take longer depending on the ordered item. In both cases, the tracking number will be sent to you. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for slow delivery of post offices once the package is out of Turkey. 

 If your package is late,  we will do our best to help to track it,  If your package has not arrived, please kindly visit your local post Office with your tracking number and file for a complaint. Sometimes the packages are just sitting at your post office. You can always ask for insured package for an additional cost.

No refund is available for unclaimed packages unless it gets to us safely. 

The orders will be sent to the address on your account. Please make sure that it is correct and accurate. If you want it to be shipped to a different address, please send us an email with the new address.

Combined shipping is available if your previous order is not shipped already.

We are not responsible for delays occured by your country's courier service. However we will do our best to help you tracking your package.
