Returns and Refunds

      We pay close attention to the quality of our supplies. However if there is any defect in any items you received, please send us a photo of showing the problem first within 3 days of receiving it. We can discuss how to solve the problem together. If agreed, Please return the items no later than 5 days after you receive it at your cost (registered mail so that it is  trackable) in the original condition without being used . If you would like a refund, it will be made (after the package is received in good condition) minus the shipping cost. However we would be happy to reserve you with another product to substitute.

If we receive an unclaimed package, we will contact you first informing you the situation. If you wish to have the package back, you will be required to pay the same amount of shipping. If you want a refund, we would also be happy to do that (minus shipping) if the items were not damaged on the way back.

We want you to be happy with the shopping experience. If there was an issue you are not happy with, please contact us( within 3 days after your order is arrived ) before leaving negative or neutral review so we can try our best to turn it into a satisfactory one.

Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is problem with the product that happened on our side.

 Discounts, shipping&handling fee, clearance / discounted items are non-refundable. 

     Please make sure to read the content of each listings carefully and ask me anything about the listing before purchasing. No refund is available if the content of the listing is not read well and bought

mistakenly or you just changed your mind.
