What is your payment option?
o PayU. You can find detailed information about PayU here . You do not need an account to make your payment with PayU. All you need to do is enter your Master or Visa credit card information. (No Amex is available)
Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
o Yes, you can. We ship to the address that is given during registration. But if you want it to be shipped to a different address, please make sure you give this address in the note sections.
How can I get in touch with you?
o Please click on ‘’ contact us’’ and fill the form. We will be get back to you within 24 hours. (This may be a bit longer during weekends and holidays)
When will my order be shipped?
o We usually ship within 2 business days. This may take longer during holidays and bad weather conditions. But we definitely let you know if this time prolongs.
Can you ship my order the next day?
o Sure, we do our best to put your order in first line. Just please make sure you mention about this in the note section.
How do you ship orders?
o We bubble wrap all the items that is breakable and send it with bubbled envelope for extra protection. We also send little suprise on each envelope.
How can I find out the status of my order?
o We send you an email with tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order thru your national online post Office (for regular shippings) or DHL web site (for Express shipping).
Can I combine orders?
o If your previous order is not shipped, sure, we would happily combine your orders.
Can I change the shipping method I chose?
o If your order is not shipped, sure you can. Just send us an email. If there is a cost difference, you will be required to pay the difference.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
o Yes, we do offer discounts. Please check our discount page for all our discount deals.
Do you accept custom orders?
o We are happy to help you with your custom requests. Please send us an email by filling this form with your request. We will review it's feasibilty and get back to you as soon as possible!
Do I have to pay import taxes or customs duty?
o Buyers are responsible for any possible taxes, duties or any other fees asked by their government. There may be import taxes, customs duties or any other fees applied by your country.
How is the cost of shipping calculated?
o There are 2 shipping option that you can prefer before check out. Regular Registered Air Mail (calculated by quantity, same rate for all countries ) and DHL Express (calculated by weight, changes according to the country). You may find the delivery period on ‘’ shipping’’ section under ‘’ Customer Service’’
Can I use or copy the images on this website?
o Sorry, please do not. All rights to all images and contents are protected by Turkish and International copyright laws and should not be used in any way.
Can I cancel my order?
o If your order is not shipped, certainly you can! We ship orders within 2 business days. Please contact us thru our website asking for cancellation within 2 business days. We will fully refund your payment. Once your order is shipped, we are sorry, we are unable to cancel your order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production.
How soon do you answer emails?
o We are located in Istanbul, Turkey. We have time differences with other countries. We do our best to get back to you as soon as possible max. Within 24 hours. But please expect some delays during weekends and holidays.
